The Dirty Dash is a 6k obstacle race with 15 military style obstacles, the course and obstacles are designed by ex-British Special Forces. The military style obstacles are strategically combined with challenging terrain to test agility, strength and endurance.

Route descriptions:

This event is at Barleylands, Billericay, Essex on Sunday 17 August 2014. This venue has some very exciting terrain including underground tunnels, a digger training area and a plenty of river runs. You will be wet and you will be muddy. You have been warned!

Refreshment stations:

Water stations throughout the course.

Venue facilities:

Toilets within the event village, free parking, spectator area. There will be warm food, hot and cold drinks plus a beer tent so being some cash.

Distribution of race packs:

Race packs, which will include race numbers and timing chips will be handed out at the event on the day so you need to be at the event at least an hour before your race start time.
