When registering to events at MyNextRun customer becomes MyNextRun member and agrees to create a private MyNextRun profile. Customers may also establish membership on MyNextRun site by signing up with email or Facebook. By creating a username to MyNextRun service, customer agrees to receive emails that may contain marketing material. Customer is always able to disallow email marketing from MyNextRun later on.
After your booking confirmation has been issued, no cancellations, refunds or modifications are allowed. The payment is charged at the time of purchase. No-shows will be charged in full.
The event organizer is in charge of the event and all possible cancellations or changes in the program.
In some cases, we might be able to process a name change or a partial refund. If a buyer wants to request a refund, the buyer must request the refund from the event organizer.
Some event organizers may give permission to postpone registration to the following year in case of sickness or injury. Please contact the event organizer in question about postponing your registration.
In case you have purchased your registration through MyNextRun with credit card payment and the event is cancelled, the registration will be refunded by MyNextRun.
We will normally refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Depending on your bank, typically the refund will show anytime between 5-10 business days later.
MyNextRun will not be responsible or held liable for any consequential, special, or incidental losses or damages.
In the first instance we request that you contact us if you have a complaint against us and we will try to resolve it.
Nothing limits your right to bring a complaint against us by applying to a court in Finland.
