This is the 13th edition of Cracow’s Marzanna Half Marathon! Every year before the start of the race, we traditionally drown Marzanna and welcome spring!
NOTE! 2. Before start of the race, participants are required to go to the appropriate zone in accordance with their self-declared time of completion of the race.
A. Start: Cracovian Błonia (half marathon), bulwary wiślane (10km).
B. Finish line: Błonia
C. Distance: 21,097km and 10km
D. Description of the route: race through the streets of Cracow.
Nutrient points are located at:
1. 5 km (water),
2. 11 km (water),
3. 15 km (water),
4. 20 km (water, isotonic sport drinks).
Upon completion of the race, participants will receive a hot meal. The order will be determined by the start number of the participant.
NOTE! The organizer will not allow the participants to place their own nutrients at the water check points.
1. Clothing deposit areas will be opened between 8:30-14:30 (bags for clothing will be available next to the deposit area).
The organizer will not take any responsibility for valuables left in the clothing deposit area.
2. The organizer provides a handy deposit close to the start of the 10km race, which will be delivered to the main deposit area (near the finish line).
3. Facilities (changing rooms for men and women, clothing deposit area, showers and toilets) will be located near the finish line.

11:00 – start of half marathon

3. Taking a start number constitutes the approval of the Race Regulations by the participant.

3. No refunds will be issued on the submitted payments.

A. Awards in the categories of general will be paid into the account after the (negative) results of doping.
B. Runners awarded in the OPEN category and country category will not be awarded in age categories.
C. The athletes who will receive prizes worth over 760 PLN, their award money will be subject to tax laws.

1. Time limit to complete the route:
- Half Marathon 3 hours 15 minutes
- 10 km run 1 hour 25 minutes
2. Measurement of net time. First 50 participants will get gross time measurement.
3. The organizer will provide free transport for participants from the Event Office to the starting line of the 10km race.
4. The organizer provides pacemakers who will help the participants in achieving the net times in accordance with the selected time zones: 1:29, 1:39, 1:49, 1:59, 2:09 and 2:19.
5. All participants must wear sport shoes to take part in the race.
6. Participants take part in the race at their own risk (it is recommended to carry out relevant health checks and obtain insurance within one’s own capacity).
7. Organizer does not provide the participants with insurance against accidents.
8. Participants who are under the influence of alcohol or other drugs will be prohibited from taking part in the race.
9. For safety reasons, the organizer recommends not to use music equipment (e.g. Mp3 players, radios, mobile phones, etc.) especially if it inhibits proper communication with the other participants or organizers of the race.
10. Participants who will go outside of the designated route will be disqualified.
11. In order to ensure the safety of all participants strict adherence to route security services is required.
12. Protests must be reported within 30 minutes after finishing of the race to the organizer with a prior payment of a deposit in the amount of 100 PLN. The protest will be dealt with within one hour. Upon confirmation of the validity of the protest, this amount will be refunded. In the case of rejection of the protest this amount will not be refunded.
