Greece. Aegean Sea. Syros Island. 10k race through the old town of Ermoupoli!

Route description:

Start and Finish is at the Municipal of Syros in Ermoiupoli old city

Refreshment stations:

In the 10k race there is going to be 1 refreshment station on the 5th kilometer. Offering water, salt sticks, salt bisquits, bananas.
All other participants can get refreshments on the finish line.

Venue facilities:

At the reception of the race, there will be a storage facilitie.

On the 12th of September 2015, In the capital island of the Cyclades complex in the Aegean Sea, starts a new city run race! On Syros island and its historic capital, Ermoupoli, contestans will have the oportunity to run through the old town of the city! Paved streets, countless stairs and narrow corners create a unique race for the Greek running movement! Choose between 10k, 4k or 1k for children and Join us!!!

Entry fees are 10euro for the 10k, 5euro for the 4k and free for the childrens race. The race starts Saturday at 18:00 and ends with nighfall. After the event starts a Greek celebration dinner!
