The 84th Kaisaniemen Juoksu (Kaisaniemi run) is held in Helsinki's Kaisaniemi park and it's surroundings, according to the long tradition. Kaisaniemen Juoksu is a long-standing and always popular result of the co-operation of Helsingin Kisa-Toverit and Runner's High.

Route descriptions:

An accurately measured gravel and asphalt course through the beautiful areas of Kaisaniemi, Hakaniemi and Töölönlahti. The half marathon is run as three laps, each a little over 7 km.

Refreshment stations:

On the 5 km course there is one refreshment point with water. Water and sports drinks available at the finish

On the half marathon course there are five refreshment points, in three of which water is served and two of which water and sports drink. Water and sports drinks available at the finish.

Venue facilities:

A bag storage free of charge, open from 11 am to 4 pm. The bags can be claimed back by showing the race number.

Each participant receives a t-shirt, and finishers also a Kaisaniemen Juoksu -medal. Half marathon open series winners (male and female) receive a challenge trophy. Other prizes in other series.
